1. Re-designed and implemented a Prospective Business Management Tracking System.
2. The system allows the managers, marketing staff and clients/consultant staff, to input, follow up and reassign contract/projects to different customer support persons.
3. Allow to input many prospective candidates to each project with probabilities percentage for hiring.
4. The system allow to keep track of old contracts and reports on different business decision factors by charting and reports.
